I am a PhD student in Political Science at American University in Washington, DC, specializing in political methodology and comparative politics. My research sits at the intersection of comparative politics, political economy, and data science, with a focus on the politics of energy and climate — how infrastructure failures, energy transitions, and new energy demands shape electoral behavior and regulatory accountability.

Before my PhD, I completed a dual M.A. in European Studies at Palacký University and Uppsala University, and I bring several years of experience in quantitative research, statistical modeling in R, GIS, and policy-facing writing.
